Mario is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of IMU Biosciences, where he leads operations, financial strategy and clinical programme development.

He brings fifteen years of experience building and scaling data-driven technology companies across fintech, workforce technology and life sciences. Before co-founding IMU, Mario held senior roles at iZettle, acquired by PayPal for $2 billion, and Jobandtalent, a SoftBank-backed workforce marketplace, where he led analytics, growth and strategic operations at scale.

He holds an MBA from IESE Business School, with an exchange at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and an MSc in Mathematics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
